Việc hưởng nhờ những ơn phúc do Thánh Lễ chúng ta cử hành không
hoàn toàn lệ thuộc vào ranh giới xứ đạo hay địa phương. Hiệu quả
của Thánh Lễ vô cùng nên chúng ta không nên quá lo lắng về vấn
đề này. Điều quan trọng là ta phải tham dự với ý ngay lành và
chuẩn bị tâm hồn xứng đáng theo khả năng của mình. Trong các bản
văn và lời cầu nguyện được dùng trong Thánh Lễ có những chỗ cầu
nguyện riêng cho cá nhân hay một nhóm người, nhưng cũng có nhiều
chỗ chỉ nói tới số chung (chúng con, Giáo Hội...). Vậy ta cứ yên
tâm, ít nhất mình cũng được gồm gói trong tập thể những người
"còn sống" nếu chưa "qua đời".</font></span></td>
