Ngăn trở bất thành là những trường hợp nếu các cặp mắc ngăn trở
đó thì không thể kết hôn thành sự hay hữu hiệu trước mặt Chúa
được. Giáo Luật hiện hành nêu lên 12 trường hợp hay ngăn trở làm
cho việc kết hôn bất thành:</font></span></p>
