Thân xác của Chị Thánh Teresa Hài Đồng Giêsu không được gìn giữ
cho khỏi hư nát như một số thánh nhân khác trong lịch sử Giáo
Hội. Xác Thánh Nữ được chôn cất lần đầu tại khu vực dành riêng
cho các Nữ Tu tại nghĩa trang công cộng của Thành Lisieux ngày 4
tháng 10 năm 1897. Trước khi tuyên phong Chân Phước cho Ngài,
người ta đã di chuyển hài cốt của Thánh Nữ vào tháng Ba năm 1923
và đưa về Nữ Đan Viện Camelô tại Lisieux. Trong nhà nguyện thánh
tích người ta có thể nhìn thấy tượng Thánh Nữ nằm trong vị thế
lúc trút hơi thở cuối đời. Trong bức tượng này có một số ít
xương của Thánh Nữ, phần còn lại để trong hộp đặt bên dưới tượng
nằm. Khi mang thánh tích của Thánh Nữ đi nhiều quốc gia trên thế
giới, người ta chỉ mang đi một số xương tượng trưng.</font></span></p></td>
