chị muốn kết hôn với một người không có đạo, và mong muốn được
làm phép chuẩn sau khi hai người đã học xong giáo lý hôn
nhân.Tuy nhiên, vị linh mục chánh xứ nơi chị cư ngụ (cũng là nơi
đăng ký sổ gia đình công giáo) không đồng ý và cũng không viết
giấy xác nhận để chị làm phép chuẩn. Vậy xin hỏi trường hợp này

nhiên, Anh chị có thể trình bày vụ việc với Toà Giám Mục là cấp
trên của cha xứ và tuân theo những chỉ dẫn của Toà Giám Mục.</font></span></td>
