Con có 4 đứa con và 4 đứa đều rửa tội, xưng tội rước lễ,thêm sức
ở đây. Hiện giờ gia đình con đã chuyển chỗ ở không còn ở trong
giáo xứ nhưng con của con vẫn đi học giáo lý đầy đủ ở xứ X. Hiện
giờ gia đình con có thêm 1 người con. Con muốn xin cho bé được
rửa tội ở xứ X có được không? Hay con phải cho bé rửa tội tại
giáo xứ H nơi con đang ở?<br>

Theo Giáo Luật, người lớn phải chịu phép rửa tội tại nhà thờ
riêng của giáo xứ, nhi đồng tại nhà thờ của cha mẹ, trừ khi lý
do chính đáng khuyên nhủ cách khác (xem GL 857). Vậy giáo xứ
hiện tại của Chị là giáo xứ nào? Nếu vẫn còn thuộc giáo xứ X thì
Chị vẫn có quyền xin Cha Xứ đó rửa tội cho con của Chị. Nếu Chị
đã gia nhập giáo xứ H rồi thì nơi rửa tội hợp pháp cho con của
Chị là giáo xứ H.</font></span></td>
