hаnh thủ tục điều tra vа thẩm định về những gм liкn hệ đến bạn trai của
chị trong cuộc hфn nhвn trước. Tựu chung, bạn trai chị cần phải lаm một
bản tường trмnh về việc tại sao kết hфn với người kia chỉ thuần tuэ dвn
sự. Phải cу những người liкn hệ như cha mẹ hay người cу tư cбch xбc nhận
cuộc hфn nhвn ấy thuần tuэ dвn sự. Vа tuỳ thuộc mỗi một Giбo phận (cу
qui định riкng), cбc bằng chứng đг được cha xứ thu nhận cщng đơn xin xбc
nhận cuộc hфn nhвn trước vф hiệu của bạn trai chị được gởi cho Đại diện
tư phбp của Giбo phận để ngаi xбc nhận. Thời gian xбc nhận nаy tuỳ thuộc
vаo những chứng cứ anh chị cung cấp đầy đủ vа đбng tin.</span></p>
