Cha, chuyện là con có yêu một người năm con 17 tuổi và chúng con đã tự ý
đăng ký kết hôn năm con 18. Tuy vậy chúng con chỉ đăng ký kết hôn để "chứng
minh tình yêu" của chúng con chứ không ăn ở như vợ chồng. Bây giờ sau
một khoảng thời gian cả hai đã thay đổi và con cảm thấy mình bị bó buộc.
Nếu con làm đơn li dị thì con có phạm tội không thưa cha. Vì chúng con
tuy làm giấy kết hôn nhưng vẫn không sống chung. Bây giờ gia đình hai
bên cũng đã biết. Và sau này nếu con kết hôn lại thì có vi phạm luật lệ
gì không ạ. Nhiều người khuyên con giấu đi nhưng bản thân con không cho

rằng:</span></p>

giao ước hôn phối, người nam và người nữ tạo nên với nhau một cuộc thông
hiệp trọn cả cuộc sống. Tự bản tính, giao ước hôn phối hướng về thiện ích
của đôi bạn và việc sinh sản cùng giáo dục con cái. Chúa Kitô đã nâng giao
ước hôn phối giữa người đã chịu phép rửa tội lên hàng Bí Tích.</span></p>

Bởi vậy, giữa những người đã chịu phép rửa tội, không thể có khế ước hôn
phối hữu hiệu nếu đồng thời không phải là Bí tích.</span></p>

việc chị đăng ký kết hôn ở toà đời, mà chưa cử hành nghi lễ hôn phối theo
luật dạy thì chị chưa lãnh nhận bí tích hôn phối và vì vậy chị không bị ràng
buộc bởi dây hôn phối, do chị và bạn trai chị chưa thiết lập một giao ước
hôn nhân. Vì thế, chị vẫn hoàn toàn tự do để tiến tới một hôn nhân khác theo
Giáo luật.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 15.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Tuy
nhiên, vì chị đã đăng ký kết hôn, nên trước pháp luật chị đã kết hôn, nên
chị không thể tiến tới một hôn nhân khác nếu việc đăng ký kết hôn trước chưa
được toà án huỷ. Và việc chị làm đơn xin ly dị trong trường hợp này là được
phép để cất đi dịp tội cho chị.</span></p>
