Con chào cha Thưa cha, Con có cô bạn đồng nghiệp không theo đạo lấy bạn
trai theo đạo công giáo không học giao lý ở nhà thờ. Cô bạn đồng nghiệp
hiện đang có bầu, và đã định ngày cưới, địa điểm tổ chức theo ý của cô

Bộ Giáo luật 1983 không nhắc đến việc có được hay không được đi dự đám cưới
bất hợp pháp. Điều đó có nghĩa là các nhà làm luật của Giáo Hội giao cho các
Đấng bản quyền địa phương có toàn quyền quyết đinh phù hợp với hoàn cảnh địa
