con gái có 1 đứa con, giờ đi lấy người con gái khác, vậy có được cử hành
thánh lễ hôn phối với người đó không? Và thánh lễ hôn phối đó có thành

Hôn nhân giữa hai người Công Giáo chỉ có giá trị khi hôn nhân đó được thực
hiện cách hợp pháp để trở thành Bí tích.</span></p>

Giáo luật điều 1108 qui định:<b> “</b>Hôn phối chỉ hữu hiệu nếu được kết lập
trước mặt Bản Quyền sở tại hoặc Cha Sở, hoặc một tư tế hay phó tế được các
vị ấy ủy nhiệm chứng hôn, và trước mặt hai người làm chứng”</span></p>

Việc một người con trai là tín hữu công giáo quan hệ ngoài hôn nhân và có
một người con không là ngăn trở hôn phối.</span></p>

Vì thế người đó có quyền kết hôn thành sự và hợp pháp với người nữ khác. Còn
việc anh đó có được cử hành việc kết hôn trong Thánh Lễ hay không còn tuỳ
thuộc hoàn cảnh mục vụ nơi anh sinh sống, và còn tuỳ qui định của bản quyền
địa phương. </span></p>

Khi một hôn phối được cử hành theo nghi thức phụng vụ của Hội Thánh, chắc
chắn linh mục chứng hôn phải điều tra cẩn thận, và khi có hồ sơ hôn phối hợp
