		Các bạn trẻ di dân rất thân mến,</p>
		<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 10pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman;">
		Trong hai ngày 08 và 09 tháng 01 năm 2010 vừa qua, chúng tôi, 68 tham dự 
		viên, là đại biểu của các giáo phận trên toàn quốc, đại biểu các dòng 
		tu, đại biểu giáo dân, cũng có mặt của một số đại biểu hải ngoại và 
		ngoại kiều đang dấn thân trong công tác mục vụ di dân trong và ngoài 
		nước, đã qui tụ về chủng viện dòng Phanxicô, Thủ Đức, Tp Hồ Chí Minh, để 
		tham dự Hội nghị Toàn quốc về Mục vụ Di dân lần thứ I.</p>
		<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 10pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman;">
		Chúng tôi đã dành thời giờ để cầu nguyện, để học tập các chỉ dẫn của 
		Giáo Hội về Mục vụ Di dân dựa trên Huấn thị Erga Migrantes Caritas 
		Christi, để thảo luận hầu tìm ra những ứng dụng thiết thực cho tình hình 
		di dân hiện nay tại Việt Nam, và để củng cố tình đoàn kết và sự hợp tác 
		giữa các Giáo phận với Ủy ban Mục vụ Di dân của HĐGMVN.</p>
		<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 10pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman;">
		Chúng tôi tin rằng Chúa đã chúc lành cho Hội nghị này được mọi sự tốt 
		đẹp, về tinh thần cũng như trong công việc; qua đó chúng tôi biết rằng 
		Đức Kitô luôn dành cho các di dân một tình yêu rất đặc biệt như Huấn thị 
		khẳng định; chính vì Ngài đã từng gần gũi chia sẻ số phận khó khăn của 
		kiếp di dân.<span style>&nbsp; </span></p>
		<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 10pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman;">
		Dầu chưa phục vụ được gì nhiều cho di dân, nhưng chúng tôi mong rằng, 
		các nỗ lực của chúng tôi trong những ngày qua đã nói lên được phần nào 
		lòng ưu ái của Đức Kitô trong Hội Thánh dành cho các bạn. Xin các bạn 
		tiếp tục cầu nguyện cho chúng tôi để công tác hậu Hội nghị được triển 
		khai cách tốt đẹp, hầu sớm mang lại lợi ích thiêng liêng và tinh thần 
		cho đông đảo các di dân Việt

		trong môi trường đầy gian khó nhưng cũng đầy hồng ân của cuộc sống di 
		dân.</p>
