Gần tới ngày kỷ niệm 150 năm qua đời lành thánh của Thánh Gioan Maria
Vianney, Cha Sở của Họ đạo Ars, là vị Thánh khi sống ở dưới trần gian đã
nên gương sáng ngời của một vị Mục Tử chân chính phục vụ Đoàn chiên của
Chúa Kitô. </span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">
Vì gương mẫu của Ngài cũng có khả năng làm phát sinh các tín
hữu, và nhất là các linh mục để bắt chước các nhân đức của Ngài, nhân
dịp này Đức Thánh Cha Beneđictô XVI đã quyết định một cách rõ ràng, từ
ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2009 tới ngày XIX tháng VI năm 2010, trong toàn thể
Giáo Hội sẽ cử hành <i>Năm Linh Mục</i> để trong thời gian này qua các
buổi suy niệm đạo đức, hay bằng các việc lành thánh, những sáng kiến
khác thích hợp khác, các linh mục càng ngày càng được kiên vững trong
việc trung thành với Chúa Kitô. </span></font></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">
Quả thế <i>Năm Linh Mục</i> sẽ bắt đầu từ Lễ trọng kính Thánh
Tâm Chúa Giêsu, vẫn được chọn như là ngày thánh hóa các linh mục, Đức
Thánh Cha sẽ cử hành Kinh Chiều với sự hiện diện của hài cốt Thánh Gioan
Maria Vianney được Đức Giám Mục Giáo phận Belley Ars mang tới Rôma.
Chính Đức Thánh Cha cũng sẽ kết thúc Năm Linh Mục này tại Quảng trường
Thánh Phêrô, có sự tham dự của các linh mục trên thế giới tụ họp về
Rôma, và trong lễ nghi này các linh mục sẽ nhắc lại lời đoan kết trung
thành với Chúa Kitô cũng như mối dây huynh đệ ràng buộc các linh mục với
nhau. </span></font></p>

Vậy các linh mục hãy nhờ các lời cầu nguyện và các việc lành
mà khẩn nài Chúa Kitô Vị Linh Mục tối cao đời đời để có thể làm chiếu
tỏa Đức Tin, Đức Cậy và Đức Ái, cũng như các nhân đức khác, và qua đời
sống cũng như cung cách bên ngoài để hoàn toàn hiến thân lo cho ích lợi
thiêng liêng của đoàn dân; đó là điều Giáo Hội hằng tâm niệm lo lắng
trên hết. </span></font></p>

Để đạt tới mục đích rất mong muốn trên đây, việc lãnh nhận các
Ơn Xá cũng sẽ trợ giúp nhiều, nên qua Sắc Lệnh này được công bố theo ý
của Đức Thánh Cha, Tòa Ân Giải Tối Cao vui lòng ban trong suốt <i>Năm
Linh Mục</i> này như sau đây: </span></font></p>

Ban </span><b>
<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman";letter-spacing:0pt">
cho các linh mục </span></b>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">
thực tình thống hối, nếu trong bất cứ ngày nào, cử hành ít là Giờ Kinh
Sáng và Kinh Chiều trước Thánh Thể, được đặt ra để chầu cách công cộng
hoặc được lưu giữ trong nhà tạm, và với tâm hồn mau mắn và quảng đại bắt
chước gương Thánh Gioan Maria Vianney, mà sẵn sàng cử hành các Bí Tích,
nhất là Bí Tích Giải Tội, thì được lãnh </span><b><i>
<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:
"Times New Roman";letter-spacing:0pt">Ơn Toàn Xá</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">
ban cho các ngài theo lòng từ bi của Chúa, và Ơn Xá này cũng có thể được
chỉ cho các Anh Em linh mục khác đã qua đời theo cách thể chuyển cầu,
như luật định, ngoài việc xưng tội, các ngài còn tham dự vào bàn tiệc
Thánh Thể và cầu nguyện theo ý Đức Giáo Hoàng. </span></font></p>

qua đời, mỗi lần các ngài sốt sắng đọc các kinh đã được chính thức chấp
thuận để giúp thăng tiến đời sống thánh thiện và chu toàn cách thánh
thiện các tác vụ thánh đã được trao phó cho các ngài. </span></font></p>

tham dự Hy tế Thánh Lễ và dâng lên Chúa Giêsu Kitô, Linh Mục thượng phẩm
và đời đời, các lời nguyện và bất cứ việc lành nào khác trong ngày đó để
cầu cho các linh mục của Giáo Hội, xin Chúa thánh hóa các ngài và làm
cho các ngài nên như Lòng Chúa mong muốn, thì cũng được </span><b><i>
<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman";letter-spacing:0pt">
Ơn Toàn xá</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">,
miễn là các tín hữu này hết lòng thanh tẩy các tội qua Bí Tích Giải Tội,
và đọc kinh cầu nguyện theo ý Đức Giáo Hoàng: vào những ngày khai mạc và
kết thúc Năm Linh Mục, ngày kỷ niệm 150 năm Thánh Gioan Maria Vianney
qua đời, thứ năm đầu tháng bất cứ tháng nào và các ngày khác được Đấng

giải tội cho tín hữu. </span></font></p>

mà không thể ra khỏi nhà của mình, nếu họ chê ghét mọi tội và có ý định
là khi nào gần nhất có thể để thi hành ba điều kiện như thường lệ, thì
trong chính nhà ở của mình hoặc ở chính nơi mà họ bị cản trở, cũng được
lãnh </span><b><i>
<span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:
"Times New Roman";letter-spacing:0pt">Ơn Toàn Xá</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; letter-spacing: 0pt">
cho họ, nếu trong các ngày đã nói trên đây, họ đọc các kinh để thánh hóa
các linh mục và nhờ Đức Maria, Nữ Vương các Thánh Tông Đồ, mà tín cẩn
dâng lên Thiên Chúa mọi đau khổ hoặc những phiền hà cực nhọc trong đời
sống của mình. </span></font></p>

Sau cùng <i>Ơn Xá từng phần</i> cũng được ban cho mọi tín hữu
với mục đích cầu xin cho các linh mục biết sống trong trắng và thánh
thiện, khi họ sốt sắng đọc năm Kinh Lạy Cha, Kính Mừng và Sáng Danh để
tôn vinh Thánh Tâm Chúa Giêsu hoặc đọc các kinh khác được chấp thuận hợp
pháp. </span></font></p>
