Crimen sollicitationis</a></em> (Tội dụ dỗ) ngày 16/03/1962 thiết
lập thủ tục phải theo trong những trường hợp lạm dụng tính dục của
các giáo sĩ.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>

<font size="4">Giáo luật 1983, khoản 1387</font></a></em><font size="4"> :
« <em>tội dụ dỗ</em> » nghịch điều răn thứ sáu : « Linh mục nào
trong khi giải tội, hay nhân dịp giải tội, hay lấy cớ giải tội, mà
dụ dỗ hối nhân phạm tội nghịch giới răn thứ sáu, sẽ bị phạt, tùy
theo mức nặng của tội phạm, huyền chức, cấm quyền, tước quyền và,
trong những trường hợp nặng hơn, phải bị khai trừ khỏi hàng giáo
sĩ ».</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="4">Tự sắc <em>
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.la-croix.com/illustrations/Multimedia/Actu/2010/3/10/sacramentorum-sanctitatis-tutela.rtf">
Sacramentorum sanctitatis tutela</a></em> (Bảo vệ sự thánh thiện của
các Bí tích), được đức Gioan-Phaolô II ban hành ngày 30/04/2001 và
được làm rõ bởi bức thư <em>
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.la-croix.com/illustrations/Multimedia/Actu/2010/3/10/de-delictis-gravioribus.rtf">
De delictis gravioribus</a></em> của đức Hồng y Ratzinger, ngày
18/05/2001, củng cố quyền bính của Bộ Giáo Lý Đức Tin để phán xét
những lỗi phạm nghiêm trọng đối với các Bí tích trong đó có tội ấu
dâm. Tự sắc này nhắc nhở rằng những lạm dụng tính dục vị thành niên
là không thể chấp nhận được, và được xem như là những « <em>delicta
graviora </em>» (« những tội phạm nghiêm trọng nhất ») và phải chịu
những hình phạt giáo luật nghiêm khắc nhất.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="4">Vào năm 1993, chính
đức Gioan-Phaolô II đã
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/john_paul_ii/letters/1993/documents/hf_jp-ii_let_19930611_vescovi-usa_en.html">
<em>viết thư cho các giám mục Hoa Kỳ</em> </a>liên quan đến « những
gương xấu do các thành viên của hàng giáo sĩ gây nên ». Ngài còn lấy
làm tiếc những lạm dụng này nhân chuyến viếng thăm vào năm 1995 và
trong
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/john_paul_ii/apost_exhortations/documents/hf_jp-ii_exh_20011122_ecclesia-in-oceania_fr.html">
<em>Giáo Hội tại Châu Đại Dương</em> </a>vào năm 2001.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="4">Đức Bênêđictô XVI
tiếp tục đường hướng này và sẽ đề cập cách công khai đề tài này nhân
<em>
