<span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Trong Tфng huв́n
Kitф Hữu Giáo Dвn, Đức Thánh Cha Gioan Phaolф II nhận định về sự
hiệp thфng vа tham gia của giбo dвn vаo sinh hoạt của giбo xứ như
sau: </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color: black">“Mọi
giбo dвn được mời gọi lưu э hơn đến một đoạn văn rất sвu sắc, đầy э
nghĩa vа hứng khởi của Cфng Đồng: ‘Trong những cộng đoàn giбo hội,
hoạt động của giáo dвn cần thiết đến nỗi nếu khфng cу nу, chнnh
hoạt động tфng đồ của cбc chủ chăn thường khфng thể đạt được kết quả
đầy đủ’ (TĐ 10). Đу lа một khẳng định hết sức quan trọng cần được
giải thнch dưới бnh sбng của khoa Giбo Hội học hiệp thфng. Cбc thừa
tбc vụ vа đoаn sủng, vм khбc biệt vа bổ tъc cho nhau, đều cần thiết
cho sự tăng trưởng của Giбo Hội, mỗi thứ theo thể thức của mмnh.

<span style="color: black;">... Giбo dвn ngаy cаng phải xбc tнn mạnh
mẽ hơn về э nghĩa đặc biệt của việc dấn thвn hoạt động tфng đồ trong
giбo xứ của mмnh. Một lần nữa, Cфng Đồng nhấn mạnh đến việc nаy:
“Giбo xứ lа gương điển hмnh cho hoạt động tфng đồ trкn bмnh diện
cộng đoаn vм nу quy tụ mọi hạng người khбc nhau vаo trong lгnh giới
của nу vа lфi kйo họ vаo trong Giбo Hội phổ quбt. Giбo dвn nкn cу
thуi quen làm viк̣c trong giáo xứ đang khi kќt hợp chặt chẽ với
cбc linh mục của mмnh bằng cách đem đќn với cộng đoаn giбo hội
những vấn đề riкng của mмnh hay của thế giới, hoặc những vấn đề liкn
quan đến ơn cứu độ con người; để cщng nhau bàn luв̣n và trao đф̉i,
nghiкn cứu vа giải quyết. Họ cũng phải cф̣ng tác ngần nаo cу thể
vào các viк̣c tфng đồ vа truyền giбo được bảo trợ bởi gia đмnh
Giбo Hội địa phương của họ.” </span><br>

<span style="color: black;">.. Trкn hết mọi sự, mỗi người giбo dвn
nкn э thức đầy đủ mмnh lа chi thể của Giбo Hội được trao phу một
nhiệm vụ duy nhất, vốn khфng thể ủy thбc cho người khбc vа phải được
hoаn thаnh vм lợi нch của mọi người. Trong viễn tượng đу, Cфng Đồng
cу lэ khi nhấn mạnh đến sự tuyệt đối cần thiết phải lаm việc tфng đồ
của mỗi người: “Việc tфng đồ mа mỗi người phải thực hiện vốn bắt
nguồn từ đời sống Kitф giбo đнch thực (x. Ga 4,14), lа nguồn gốc vа
điều kiện của toаn bộ hoạt động tфng đồ giбo dвn, ngay trong biểu
hiện tập thể của nу, vа khфng gм cу thể thay thế được. Trong bất cứ
hoаn cảnh nаo, mọi giбo dвn (gồm cả những người khфng cу cơ hội hay
khả năng tham gia cбc hiệp hội) đều được kкu gọi vа đều cу nhiệm vụ
phải thực hаnh việc tфng đồ cб nhвn” (KTHGD 27-28). <br>

giáo dвn cần thiết đến nỗi nếu khфng cу nу, chнnh hoạt động tфng đồ

tham gia vаo sinh hoạt giбo xứ hết sức cần thiết, vм dưới бnh sбng
của mầu nhiệm Giбo Hội-Hiệp Thфng, cбc thừa tбc vụ vа cбc đoаn sủng
vốn khбc biệt vа bổ tъc cho nhau, đều cần thiết cho sự tăng trưởng
của Giбo Hội. </span></p>
