A. TRÌNH BАY <u1:p><br>
</u1:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color:black">Dựa
trкn nền Giбo Hội học về hiệp thфng, cбc giбm mục Б chвu thъc đẩy
việc xвy dựng Giбo Hội như lа sự hiệp thфng của cбc cộng đoаn cũng
như của cбc thаnh phần Dвn Chъa trong từng cộng đoаn. Từ đу, các
ngài đưa ra một hướng đi mới lа lаm sao mỗi Giбo Hội địa phương
phải trở thаnh một Giбo Hội Tham Gia, trong đу mọi thаnh phần Dвn
Chъa thк̉ hiк̣n được ơn gọi vа vai trт riкng của mмnh, đồng thời
tham gia vаo sứ mạng chung của Giбo Hội.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color:black">Trong
tфng huấn Người Kitф hữu Giбo dвn, Đức Gioan Phaolф II nhấn mạnh đến
nhu cầu của con người hфm nay muốn được tham gia vаo tiến trмnh của
xг hội mа trong đу họ lа thаnh viкn. Ngài coi đу lа “một trong
những nйt đặc thщ nhất của nhвn loại hфm nay, một dấu chỉ thời đại
đang phбt triển trong nhiều lгnh vực vа bằng nhiều cбch khбc nhau.”
Kế đến, ngài bаn về sự tham gia của người giбo dвn vаo đời sống của
giбo xứ, nhấn mạnh đќn vai trт hết sức cần thiết của người giбo dвn
trong mọi sinh hoạt của cộng đoаn Giбo Hội.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color:black">Quan
điểm của Đức Thбnh Cha được minh họa rх nйt nhất qua cбch ngаi khai
triển dụ ngфn những người thợ lаm vườn nho (Mt 20,1-16) trong phần
đầu của Tфng Huấn. Tất cả mọi người đều được gọi đi lаm việc trong
vườn nho của Chъa. Khфng cу chuyện thất nghiệp ở đвy vа cũng khфng
được phйp để cho ai thất nghiệp! Nếu hiểu vườn nho ở đвy lа Giбo Hội
thм Giбo Hội phải trở thаnh một “Giбo Hội Tham Gia,” trong đу mọi
người đều tham gia vа đồng trбch nhiệm, mọi người đều bмnh đẳng vа
đều cảm thấy mмnh thực sự lа thаnh viкn.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color:black">Dựa
trкn э tưởng căn bản nаy, văn phтng Giбo dвn vа văn phтng Phбt triển
Con người thuộc Liкn Hф̣i Đф̀ng Giám Mục Á Chвu đг triển khai một
số chỉ dẫn trong việc xвy dựng một Giбo Hội Tham Gia tại Б chвu.
Theo đу, Giбo Hội Tham Gia trước hết lа một cộng đoаn, trong đу mọi
tнn hữu đều dự phần vаo sứ mạng của Dвn Chъa trong Giбo Hội cũng như
trong thế giới, một cộng đoаn đồng trбch nhiệm, bмnh đẳng, và tнch
cực tham gia vаo sứ mạng Chъa Kitф.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><span style="color:black">Cбc
giбm mục Việt Nam thм kкu gọi mọi tнn hữu э thức mмnh thuộc về Gia
đмnh của Chъa Kitф, tнch cực tham gia vаo cбc hội đoаn hay nhуm nhỏ
Kitф hữu trong giбo xứ, thay đổi tương quan giữa giбo sĩ vа giбo
dвn, tạo điều kiện cho mọi người tham gia nhiều hơn vаo việc bаn
thảo vа quyết định kế hoạch mục vụ chung. (Đề Cương 21).</span></p>

trong giбo xứ tham gia vаo cбc sinh hoạt chung của giбo xứ hoặc tham
