Kinh nghiệm về sự hiệp thфng trong Giбo Hội khфng những thъc đẩy mọi
thаnh phần Dвn Chъa tham gia vаo việc xвy dựng Giбo Hội, mа cтn thъc
đẩy họ dấn thвn vаo cфng cuộc truyền giбo của Giбo Hội, vì “hiệp
thфng vа truyền giбo liкn kết mật thiết với nhau, cả hai thвm nhập
vаo nhau vа bao hаm lẫn nhau, đến độ hiệp thфng vừa lа nguồn mạch

quả của việc truyền giбo: hiệp thфng mang tнnh truyền giбo vа truyền
giбo nhằm mục đнch hiệp thфng ... Giбo Hội э thức rằng sự hiệp thфng

intra), sẽ thкm nhiệt thаnh khi gặp gỡ vа đối thoại với thế giới
chung quanh (ad extra) ... Giбo Hội hiệp thфng lа điểm xuất phбt đầy
năng lực cho sứ vụ tфng đồ hướng đến một Vương Quốc Thiкn Chъa khфng

Giбo Hội Việt Nam ước mong thời điк̉m Năm Thánh sẽ mang đв̣m
nhiк̣t tình loan báo Tin Mừng. Hơn bao giờ hќt, Giáo Hф̣i tin
rằng mмnh cũng được sai đi như cбc tфng đồ ngаy xưa vа sai đi để
loan bбo Tin Mừng ngay trкn quкn hương đất nước mình, ngay trong
mфi trường văn hoá Viк̣t Nam. Giбo Hội cũng tin rằng “Thần Khн
của Chъa kкu gọi mỗi dвn tộc vа mỗi nền văn hoб đбp lại Tin Mừng một
cбch mới mẻ vа sбng tạo... Nơi mỗi Giбo Hội địa phương, cбc yếu tố
lịch sử vа văn hoб, những э nghĩa vа giб trị luвn lэ, những truyền
thống dвn tộc được tiếp nhận, chứ khфng bị hủy bỏ hay suy giảm,
nhưng được trвn trọng, được canh tвn, được thanh luyện nếu cần, vа
được hoаn thаnh trong sự sống của Thần khн. Theo бnh sбng nаy, Giбo
Hội thực thi sứ vụ khфng phải với nгo trạng tự tфn nhưng lа đi theo
Thiкn Chъa tới bất cứ nơi nаo Ngаi dẫn đến, biết nhận ra sự hướng
dẫn của Ngаi giữa những biến động trкn thế giới, đồng thời can đảm
vа luфn trung thаnh với mệnh lệnh của Ngаi” (Đề Cương 24).<br>

Giбo Hội Việt Nam khфng chỉ xбc tнn sứ vụ mмnh đang thực thi tại
đвy vа lъc nаy gắn liền với sứ vụ duy nhất của Giбo Hội phổ quбt, mа
cтn xбc tнn những hoạt động nhằm thăng tiến con người hay xвy dựng
xг hội cфng bằng cũng lа cấu tố của việc rao giảng Tin Mừng. Vм thế,
Giбo Hội “khфng bao giờ tбch rời đức tin khỏi cuộc sống, khфng chỉ
chăm chъ vаo những thực hаnh tфn giбo để rồi thờ ơ với cбc hoạt động
xг hội. Niềm mong đợi trời mới đất mới khфng cho phйp người Kitф hữu
sao nhгng việc thăng tiến xг hội trần thế theo đъng tinh thần Tin
Mừng. Đối với Giбo Hội, sứ vụ lа hoạt động cу tнnh chiкm niệm vа lа
chiкm niệm mang tнnh hoạt động. Vм thế, hoạt động cho cфng bằng, bбc
бi vа xуt thương cу tương quan chặt chẽ với đời sống cầu nguyện vа
chiкm niệm đнch thực. Chнnh khoa linh đạo nаy sẽ lа nguồn mạch trаo
tuфn cбc hoạt động loan bбo Tin Mừng” (x. Đề Cương 25).<br>

Giбo Hội Việt Nam luфn coi sứ vụ loan bбo Tin Mừng lа trбch nhiệm
hаng đầu vа lа một sứ vụ cấp bбch. Lý do khфng nguyкn bởi Tin
Mừng phải được loan báo mà còn bởi Viк̣t Nam đang ở trong
giai đoạn mới của lịch sử, ở đó ánh sáng chen lв̃n với
bóng tф́i và dường như bị bóng tф́i lв́n áp. Điк̀u này đòi
hỏi sứ vụ phải được canh tвn, vì “khi lịch sử vа xг hội biến
đổi, thì đức tin cũng phải được chia sẻ một cбch mới mẻ, với những
hмnh thức mới, theo những phương phбp mới, vа do những con người
mới” (Đề Cương 1).</span></p>
