1. Xây dựng quan hệ để thành công trong sự nghiệp: “Bạn càng biết người,

hội thành công của bạn càng cao. Bạn càng để cho nhiều người giúp bạn,
thành công càng lớn lao hơn.”</span></p>

2. Làm điều đúng:</span></i></b></p>

cá nhân, là tài sản cuộc sống quý giá nhất. Cả về nghề nghiệp – lẫn cá
nhân. Hãy tạo dựng quan hệ một cách phù hợp với đạo lý và khôn khéo.</span></p>

thật – luôn luôn và trong mọi hoàn cảnh đều phải chân thật: Chúng ta sẽ

3. Lãnh đạo và quản lý có trách nhiệm: đôi lúc có nghĩa là phải làm

người khác. Thành công là của tập thể, còn thất bại phải can đảm nhận
trách nhiệm cho cá nhân. Đây mới gọi là người quản lý dũng cảm.</span></p>

4. Lời nói phải đi đôi với việc làm: Người lãnh đạo phải có tính chính

một giá trị cốt lõi. Hành động phải phản ánh đúng niềm tin này. Nói cách
khác thiếu chính trực không phải đơn thuần về vấn đề đạo đức và là mối
đe dọa đối với hoạt động hiệu quả của tổ chức.</span></p>

đạo hay quản lý: phải biết đồng cảm và có lòng vị tha, phải hiểu những

5.Đừng làm người phá rối tổ chức:</span></i></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 28.05pt; text-autospace: none">
<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">- Đôi khi
chúng ta vô ý đã trở thành người phá rối tổ chức. Ví dụ: Cha Chánh Xứ vô
tình đã giao cho một quan chức trong Giáo xứ một lúc 3 nhiệm vụ: Phó Chủ
tịch Nội vụ, Thư ký, Thủ quỹ. Xét về mặt khoa học quản lý Linh mục và
người được giao nhiệm vụ sẽ được gán mác là người phân hóa tổ chức hay
còn gọi là phá rối tổ chức hoặc không biết gì về quản lý…v.v. Vì vậy,
nếu sự vô tình của Cha Xứ thì người được giao nhiệm vụ hay những người
hiểu biết về quản lý hãy trình bày để tránh hiện tượng này xảy ra làm
cho Giáo Xứ mất đoàn kết, người làm việc hiểu lầm nhau.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 28.05pt; text-autospace: none">
<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">- Những gì
mà tập thể thỏa mãn nhu cầu cá nhân thì bạn vui.</span></p>

<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">- Những gì
mà tập thể không thỏa mãn hay đáp ứng được thì sẽ xảy ra:</span></p>

<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">. Tự mãn:
ích kỷ – rất nguy hiểm. (mất đoàn kết nội bộ)</span></p>

<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">. Chê bai
những gì người khác làm.</span></p>

chiến tranh có thể xảy ra.</span></p>

Lời khuyên: Phải tuân phục người quản lý và thừa nhận Thiên Chúa trao

6. Xem mọi người là cộng sự:</span></i></b></p>

chúng ta trong việc thựchiện thành công, nhiệm vụ tùy thuộc, nhất vào
chất lượng nhân lực của mình… Tất cả chúng ta là những bộ phận của một
gia đình chất lượng, sát cánh bên nhau như một gia đình. Không có một bộ
phận nào vượt trội quan trọng hơn bộ phận khác cả.”</span></p>

áp lực với thuộc cấp của mình.</span></p>

mình, vui chơi hết mực.</span></p>

môi trường vui vẻ cho người khác.</span></p>

thẳng không cần thiết.</span></p>

8. Biết lắng nghe và chắt lọc: Thông tin tốt – xấu.</span></i></b></p>

tốt cần nhân rộng cho cả cộng đoàn học tập, ứng dụng trong công việc,

<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Thông tin
xấu cần biết, để thông cảm và loại bỏ trong sinh hoạt (Không chê bai,
chế giễu người đã phạm sai lầm vì họ vẫn có nhiều điểm mạnh để xây dựng
Giáo Xứ).</span></p>

9. Biết đón nhận: Những lời góp ý xây dựng chân thành (xét đúng nên mời
họ cộng tác</span></i></b><span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
với mình).</span></p>

<span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Đối với
thành phần hiếu chiến, bạn chỉ nên ghi nhận và nở một nụ cười là đủ.</span></p>

10. Biết khen thưởng: Động viên – cũng như xây dựng chỉnh sửa khi thuộc

sai phạm – và chỉ dẫn họ làm cho tốt hơn – Tránh hiện tượng phê phán sẽ
dẫn đến người phạm lỗi sẽ không sửa đổi được gì, mà họ còn thách thức và
ngang bướng.</span></p>

ta hiểu và thực hiện được m??i nguyên t?c vàng. Thì Giáo xứ chúng ta sẽ
trở thành giáo xứ hiệp nhất trong mọi công việc, từ gia đình cho đến
Giáo xứ.</span></p>
