quan trong đến nỗi Tân Ước chú ý đến nhiều hơn cả thiên đàng hoả ngục.
Ước muốn sâu xa của Thiên Chúa là chúng ta cảm nghiệm được sự nên một và
hoà hợp với nhau.</span></p>

là linh hồn của sự hiệp thông. Phá huỷ hiệp nhất là móc quả tim ra khỏi
thân thể Đức Kitô. Hiệp nhất là bản chất, là cốt lõi, cách thức Thiên
Chúa dự định để chúng ta cảm nghiệm một đời sống chung trong Hội Thánh,
hội đoàn, gia đình.</span></p>

tuyệt vời của sự hiệp nhất nên một là Chúa Ba Ngôi. Chính Thiên Chúa là
mẫu gương cao cả nhất của một tình yêu hy sinh, khiêm tốn, biêt coi
trọng ngưới khác và hòa hớp nên một.</span></p>

bậc cha mẹ, Cha chúng ta trên trời cũng vui mừng khi thấy con cái Ngài
sống hòa thuận với nhau. Vào những giờ phút cuối đời trước khi bị bắt,
Đức Giêsutha thiết cầu nguyện cho sự hiệp nhất (Ga 17, 20 – 23). Chính
sự hiệp nhất của chúng ta là điều quan trọng nhất trong tâm trí của Đức
Giêsu vào những giờ phút hấp hối ấy. Điều đó cho thấy tầm quan trọng của
vấn đề.</span></p>

</span>NHỮNG LỜI KHUYÊN CỦA KINH THÁNH</span></p>

</span>Nhắm điểm chung, không nhắm những khác biệt. Thánh Phaolô nói:
“Vậy chúng ta hay theo đuổi những gì đem lại bình an và những gì xây

chúng ta phải biết quí trọng – vì lợi ích của hiệp nhất đừng bao giờ để
cho những khác biệt chia rẽ chúng ta.</span></p>

trung vào cá tính, sở thích, lối giải thích, phong cách sống, phương
pháp riêng (cá nhân, từ những điểm này chia rẽ luôn xẩy ra).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Thánh
Phaolô tha thiết khuyên điều này: “Thưa anh em, nhân danh Đức Giêsu kitô
Chúa chúng ta, tôi khuyên anh em hãy nhất trí với nhau trong lời ăn
tiếng nói, và đừng để có sự chia rẽ giữa anh em, nhưng hãy sống hòa
thuận, một lòng một ý với nhau.”(1Cr 1, 10)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">

</span>Phải thực tế với những ước muốn của bạn.</span></p>

nói: “Ai yêu mơ ước của mình cho cộng đoàn nhiều hơn chính cộng đoàn
mình đang sống, sẽ là người phá hoại cộng đoàn kitô hữu của mình… Nếu
chúng ta không biết tạ ơn mỗi ngày về các mỗi liên hệ trong gia đình Đức
Kitô, trong đó chúng ta được đặt vào, cả khi chẳng có một kinh nghiệm
lớn lao nào, chẳng có sự phong phú nào được khám phá, nhưng chỉ toàn yếu
đuối, yếu đức tin và khó khăn; rồi nếu ngược lại, chúng ta cứ tiếp tục
than phiền…, thì chính chúng ta lại cản trở Thiên Chúa, không để Người
làm cho mối tương quan hiệp thông của chúng ta lớn lên”.</span></p>

</span>Hãy khích lệ hơn là phê bình.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Khi phê
phán những gì một người anh em cùng tin khác đang làm trong đức tin và
niềm xác tín chân thành, bạn đang xen vào công việc của Thiên Chúa. “Bạn
là ai mà xét đoán người nhà của người khác? Nó đứng hay nó ngã, đó là
việc của chủ nó. Nhưng nó sẽ đứng, vì Chúa có khả năng làm cho nó
đứng”.(Rm 14, 4)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Thánh
Phaolô thêm rằng, chúng ta không được xét xử hoặc xem thường các tín hữu
khác vì những xác tín của họ không giống với chúng ta. “Thế mà bạn, sao
bạn lại xét đoán người anh em? Quả thế, tất cả chúng ta sẽ phải ra trước
tòa Thiên Chúa” (Rm 1,10)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin-top: 6.0pt">

</span>Từ chối nghe những lời nói hành.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Chúng ta
biết nói hành nói xấu là sai, nhưng nguyên việc nghe nó, chúng ta cũng
không nên nếu chúng ta muốn bảo vệ đức yêu thương. Nghe lời nói hành nói
xấu cũng như nhận đồ ăn cắp, và việc đó chúng ta trở nên tội phạm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Nếu bạn
nghe nói hành, Thiên Chúa sẽ nói bạn là người gây xáo trộn: “Phường gian
ác để tâm nghe những lời bất chính, quân lừa đảo lắng tai nghe những
chuyện hại người.”(Cn 17, 4) “Họ là những kẻ gây chia rẽ, sống theo tính
tự nhiên, không có Thần Khí”(Giuda 1, 19).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Thánh
Phaolô khuyến cáo những người hay nói hành nói xấu là những người “cắn
xé nhau” và phá hoại sự hiệp nhất. (Gl 5, 15)</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">5.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman">
</span>Thực hành cách giải quyết xung đột.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Đức Giêsu
đã cho Giáo Hội một tiến trình đơn giản gồm ba bước: “Nếu người anh em
của anh trót phạm tội, thì anh sẽ đi sửa lỗi nó, một mình anh với nó mà
thôi. Nếu nó chịu nghe anh, thì anh đã chinh phục được người anh em. Còn
nếu nó không chịu nghe, thì hãy đem theo một hay hai người nữa, để mọi
việc được giải quyết, căn cứ vào lời hai hay ba nhân chứng. Nếu nó không
nghe họ, thì hãy đi thưa Hội Thánh”. (Mt 18, 15 – 17a)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Khi xung
đột, bạn rất dễ bị cám dỗ phàn nàn với người thứ ba hơn là can đảm nói
sự thật trong yêu thương với người mà anh đang khó chịu. Điều này làm
cho vấn đề trở nên xấu hơn.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">6.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman">
</span>Hãy nâng đỡ chủ chăn và người lãnh đạo của bạn.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 8.65pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm">
<span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">Chúng ta
bảo vệ sự hiệp nhất khi chúng ta kính trọng và yêu thương những người
lãnh đạo và phục vụ chúng ta. Chúng ta được mời gọi, “Thưa anh em, chúng
tôi xin anh em hãy quí trọng những ai đang vất vả vì anh em, để lãnh đạo
anh em nhân danh Chúa và khuyên bảo anh em. Hãy lấy tình bác ái mà hết
lòng tôn kính những người ấy vì công việc họ làm” (1Tx 5, 12 – 13a).</span></td>
