một tổng thống bị truất phế cho thấy ở thế gian này chẳng có gì là bền
vững, kể cả địa vị của một người đứng đầu một quốc gia. Sự kiện này nhắc

Trong thời phong kiến, vua được coi như “thiên tử”, tức là “con trời”.
Quyền lực của vua được coi như “Thế thiên hành đạo”. Quan lại thời đó
được coi như “Dân chi phụ mẫu”. Trong xã hội hiện đại hôm nay, người cán
bộ được gọi là “công bộc của dân”. Khái niệm này đi ngược lại hoàn toàn
với thời phong kiến. Tuy nhiên trong thực tế thì không hẳn nh</span><span lang="VI" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black">ư
vậy. Trong x</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black">ã

những “ông chủ”. Xem ra khái niệm “công bộc” cũng chỉ dừng lại ở ngôn từ
văn chương, giống như “khách hàng là thượng đế” trong </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black">lãnh
vực kinh doanh </span><span lang="VI" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black">thương</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black"> mại</span><span lang="VI" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black">.

thiếu những trường hợp “ông chủ” bị các “công bộc” hành hung tới mức

đều cần có hệ thống lãnh đạo để cầm cân nảy mực, bảo vệ quyền lợi của
người dân và phát triển đất nước. Tuy vậy, kinh nghiệm cho thấy, hễ có

ta lạm dụng quyền lực để “chống lưng”, để “bảo kê” cho những hành động

đô cho thấy tình trạng tham nhũng đã trở nên nghiêm trọng trong xã hội
chúng ta. Những người có trách nhiệm bảo vệ an ninh công cộng (công an),
vì quyền lợi cá nhân, đã đi ngược với danh xưng và nhiệm vụ của mình.</span></p>

mỗi chúng ta cần trung thành, tỉnh thức khôn ngoan, không để quyền lực
