<font face="Arial">Là con người sao tránh khỏi lo lắng, thậm chí là sợ
hãi. Và ngay cả những đứa trẻ cũng có điều lo lắng. Đó là chuyện tất yếu
của kiếp phàm nhân. Không lo lắng thì làm sao “làm người” và “nên
người”? Nhưng vấn đề là đừng quá lo lắng. Tâm bệnh sẽ kéo theo thể bệnh.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0; background: white">
<font face="Arial">May thay chúng ta có Thiên Chúa là cứu cánh! Ngài là
tất cả: <i>“Dầu cha mẹ có bỏ con đi nữa, thì vẫn còn có Chúa đón nhận
con”</i> (Tv 27:10).</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0; background: white">
<i><font face="Arial">1. Đừng lo lắng về ngày mai: ngày mai, cứ để ngày
mai lo. Ngày nào có cái khổ của ngày ấy (Mt 6:34).</font></i></p>

<font face="Arial">2. Sao nhát thế? Làm sao mà anh em vẫn chưa có lòng

mình thêm được một gang tay? Vậy, việc nhỏ nhất mà anh em còn làm không
được, thì anh em lo lắng về những việc khác làm gì? (Lc 12:25-26).</font></span></i></p>

<i><font face="Arial">4. Đừng lo cho mạng sống: lấy gì mà ăn; cũng đừng
lo cho thân thể: lấy gì mà mặc. Mạng sống chẳng trọng hơn của ăn, và
thân thể chẳng trọng hơn áo mặc sao? (Mt 6:25).</font></i></p>

<i><font face="Arial">5. Cứ yên tâm, chính Thầy đây, đừng sợ! (Mc 6:50).</font></i></p>

<i><font face="Arial">7. Hỡi đoàn chiên nhỏ bé, đừng sợ, vì Cha anh em
đã vui lòng ban Nước của Người cho anh em (Lc 12:32).</font></i></p>

<i><font face="Arial">8. Đừng sợ, chỉ cần tin thôi! (Mc 5:36).</font></i></p>

<i><font face="Arial">9. Đừng xao xuyến! Hãy tin vào Thiên Chúa và tin
vào Thầy (Ga 14:1).</font></i></p>

<font face="Arial">Chúng ta cần thay đổi, vì Chúa Giêsu đã từng bảo
chúng ta “đừng sợ” dù có những người đe dọa làm hại chúng ta, nhưng Ngài
cũng nói chúng ta NÊN sợ điều gì đó. Dù chúng ta lo lắng nhiều thứ, điều
này thường không có trong dự tính, nhưng nên như vậy. Sợ điều ác sẽ
khiến chúng ta bám lấy Chúa và tuân giữ các huấn lệnh của Ngài. Nếu
không làm, chúng ta sẽ mất Chúa!</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0; background: white">
<i><font face="Arial">10. Đừng sợ những kẻ giết thân xác mà không giết
được linh hồn. Đúng hơn, anh em hãy sợ Đấng có thể tiêu diệt cả hồn lẫn
xác trong hoả ngục (Mt 10:28).</font></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0; background: white">
<font face="Arial">Đó là 10 câu Chúa Giêsu nói về sự lo lắng. Bạn cảm
thấy an tâm hơn chưa? Hãy luôn ghi nhớ những điều đó. Khi bạn cảm thấy
lo sợ, hãy đọc đi đọc lại những câu đó và bạn sẽ cảm thấy thanh thản. Là
Kitô hữu, chúng ta không nên quá lo lắng vì chúng ta có Chúa Giêsu. Ngài
là liệu pháp cuối cùng để chữa “bệnh lo lắng” cho chúng ta. Hãy chia sẻ
điều này với người khác để họ cũng được trải nghiệm sự bình an của Chúa!</font></td>
