Chịu tro là một hình thức để khước từ thân phận cao ngạo của con người
mà nhìn nhận một linh hồn đang tồn tại trong thân phận con người bụi tro
chóng tàn.</span></p>

Nhưng trong thực tế, bụi tro là nguồn cung cấp các khoáng chất cho đất,

Bụi tro đã bỏ đi sự hữu dụng của mình để trở nên hữu dụng cho việc khác.
Con người Kito hữu cũng vậy, khi chịu tro là để nhớ đến thân phận của
mình chỉ là bụi tro, hãy quên đi chính mình, khước bỏ chính mình để làm
theo ý Chúa, phục vụ tin yêu nơi anh em. Giống như dụ ngôn hạt lúa mì
(Ga 12, 20-33) rơi xuống đất thối đi thì nó sinh nhiều bông hạt khác.</span></p>

Hầu hết trong chúng ta đều muốn làm theo ý riêng của mình, cho nên, chỉ
cần ai đó không làm toại nguyện ý, không theo ý mình, thì ngay lập tức
họ bị loại bỏ, bị xa tránh, bị lên án thậm chí còn bị bức tử nữa.</span></p>

Mùa là sự thay đổi thời tiết của đất trời, như Xuân Hạ Thu Đông, mùa
nắng mùa mưa… Mùa để gieo trồng và gặt hái kết quả. Trong phụng vụ có
các mùa: mùa Vọng, mùa Giáng Sinh, mùa thường niên, mùa Chay, mùa Phục
Sinh. Mỗi mùa giáo hội muốn mỗi người hãy gieo những việc làm để gặt hái
những nhân đức.</span></p>

trong cơ thể con người. Cũng vậy, việc ăn chay là đi tìm những việc lành
phúc đức để thực hành, để phục vụ.</span></p>

những món ngon vật lạ, sống khiêm nhường, tu dưỡng yêu thương, hoàn
thiện chính mình.</span></p>

cả hồn cả xác, chiến thắng mọi cám dỗ, mưu mô ma quỷ.</span></p>

trọn, sửa đổi tâm can, yêu thương mọi người, vui tươi mỗi ngày, chấp
nhận mọi khó khăn, đón nhận mọi tủi nhục, siêng năng cầu nguyện cùng
Thánh thể. Để vinh quang của Chúa ngời sáng trước con. Khi con kêu cầu,
Chúa sẽ nhậm lời con.</span></p>
