0in;text-align:justify;text-indent:30.05pt;line-height:16.0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">Mục đích chung là cổ động vinh danh Chúa </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(II Cor 9,13)</i></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">,và thánh hóa các phần tử </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(I Tx 4,3) </i></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">bằng việc tận hiến đích thực và công khai cho Thiên Chúa </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Giáo luật 573,1),</i></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="4"> thể hiện qua việc thực thi ba lời khấn Dòng: Khiết tịnh, Thanh bần và Tuân phục </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Giáo luật 573, 2),</i></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="4"> gắng đạt tới đức ái hoàn hảo, và lấy Hiến pháp Dòng làm luật sống căn bản. </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Hiến Pháp Dòng, điều 2).</i></font></p><p style="margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:
0in;text-align:justify;text-indent:30.05pt;line-height:16.0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">Mục đích riêng hay đặc sủng của Dòng là Phúc âm hoá những người ngoài Công giáo, nhất là những người nghèo khổ bị bỏ rơi trong xã hội, đặc biệt xã hội Việt Nam. Để đạt mục đích đó, Hội Dòng chủ trương huấn luyện các thành viên theo <b>Linh Đạo Đồng Công:</b> thể hiện qua việc tận hiến cho Chúa Giêsu nhờ Mẹ Maria </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(ad Jesum per Mariam).</i></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="4"> Bởi thế, các tu sĩ Đồng Công phải luôn cố gắng bước theo Chúa Kitô trên con đường thơ ấu Phúc âm, trở nên đồng hình đồng dạng với Ngài, sống bác ái và yêu thương trong tinh thần thích nghi, nhiệt thành dấn thân phục vụ Hội Thánh và các linh hồn. </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Hiến pháp Dòng, điều 3)</i></font></p><p style="margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:
0in;text-align:justify;text-indent:30.05pt;line-height:16.0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">Dòng chọn Ðức Trinh Nữ Maria, dưới tước hiệu Mẹ Ðau Thương hay Mẹ Bảy Niềm Ðau, lễ kính ngày 15 tháng 9 làm Bổn mạng chính, cũng nhận Thánh Giuse lao công, lễ kính ngày 1 tháng 5, và các Thánh Tử Ðạo Việt Nam, lễ kính 24 tháng 11 làm Bổn mạng thứ hai. </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Hiến Pháp Dòng, điều 4)</i></font></p><p style="margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:
0in;text-align:justify;text-indent:30.05pt;line-height:16.0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">Dòng Ðồng Công là Dòng Giáo Sĩ, chỉ có một bậc, tuy gồm hai thành phần: anh em linh mục và anh em không linh mục. Nhiệm vụ anh em linh mục là quản trị Dòng và các Tu viện của Dòng, huấn luyện các phần tử, chỉ huy các công việc chính yếu trong Dòng, và đáp ứng những nhu cầu mục vụ bất cứ ở đâu mà việc tông đồ đòi hỏi. Anh em không linh mục sẽ cộng tác với anh em linh mục trong các nhiệm vụ nói trên </font><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><i>(Hiến Pháp Dòng, điều 17).</i></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:6.0pt;
