Hôm nay, Thứ Tư Tuần XXIX Thường Niên, bài Phúc Âm được Thánh ký Luca ghi lại tiếp theo bài Phúc Âm hôm qua về lời Chúa Kitô khuyên các môn đệ của Người "tỉnh thức" chờ Người đến.
Thật vậy, trong bài Phúc Âm hôm nay, Chúa Kitô nói cho các môn đệ của Người biết lý do tại sao các vị cần phải "tỉnh thức": "Các con hãy hiểu biết điều này, là nếu chủ nhà biết giờ nào kẻ trộm đến, ắt sẽ tỉnh thức, không để nó đào ngạch nhà mình. Cho nên các con hãy sẵn sàng: vì giờ nào các con không ngờ, thì Con Người sẽ đến".

Trong tuần vừa rồi chúng ta có 2 biến cố quan trọng trong Giáo Hội hoàn vũ cũng như tại Giáo Hội ở Việt Nam
Đó là biến cố Chúa Nhật 10/10/2021 ĐTC Phanxicô cử hành Thánh lễ khai mạc Thượng Nghị Giám Mục Thế Giới Thường Lệ XVI với bài giảng của ngài,
và biến cố Ngày 13/10/2021 HĐGMVN đã phổ biến Thư gửi Cộng đồng Dân Chúa về vấn đề Sống Đức Tin Mùa Đại Dịch.

Thân ái chào anh chị em,<br>
Bài Phúc Âm của Phụng vụ hôm nay (Mk 10:35-45) thuật lại rằng 2 môn đệ Giacôbê và Gioan đã xin Chúa cho một ngày kia được ngồi bên Người trong vinh quang, như thể hai vị là "các tể tướng / thủ tướng", hay giống như vậy. Thế nhưng các môn đệ khác khi nghe thấy thế thì cảm thấy phẫn nộ. Bấy giờ Chúa Giêsu nhẫn nại dạy cho các vị một giáo huấn quan trọng. Đó là như thế này: vinh quang thực sự không phải là ở chỗ được nổi lên trên những người khác, mà nơi trải nghiệm cùng một phép rửa là thập tự giá như Người là Đức Giêsu sẽ trải qua chẳng bao lâu nữa ở Giêrusalem. Điều này nghĩa là gì? Chữ "phép tửa" nghĩa là "trầm mình", ở chỗ, bằng cuộc Khổ Nạn của mình, Chúa Giêsu đã tự trầm mình vào chỗ chết, để hiến tặng sự sống của mình mà cứu lấy chúng ta.

trong trận chiến thiêng liêng nơi mỗi người con Mẹ chúng ta, cũng như trên toàn thế giới loài người đang cần đến LTXC biết bao vào chính lúc này đây.
Chính Mẹ Maria đã công nhận và tự xưng Mẹ là Đức Bà Mân Côi (Our Lady of Rosary) vào lần hiện ra cuối cùng ở Fatima 104 năm trước đây: 13/10/1917.

Tự ty mặc cảm, sống khép kín, ngại ngùng hoặc lẩn trốn khi phải giao tiếp với những người chung quanh… Đó là một trong những dấu hiệu mà thường ngày chúng ta thấy đôi khi xảy ra với chính mình, với con cái, hoặc với những người mình quen biết. Trạng thái này được gọi là thiếu tự tin (Low Self-Esteem). Tuy không phải là một hội chứng tâm lý hoặc tâm thần, nhưng nếu chúng kéo dài mà không kịp thời chữa trị, nó sẽ dẫn đến những bất ổn về tâm sinh lý như trầm cảm, giận hờn, bực tức, ăn uống bất thường (anorexia), hoặc trở thành nguyên nhân đưa đến những thói quen không lành mạnh như nghiện hút, rượu bia, hoặc xì ke, ma túy.[1]

Trên những chương trình, những diễn đàn xã hội, thỉnh thoảng chúng ta vẫn thấy đề cập đến các đề tài như thai giáo, dưỡng nhi, sinh con ra và nuôi con làm sao cho hợp với khoa học. Thí dụ, cho con bú mấy lần trong ngày, sữa mẹ tốt hay không tốt, thay tã lót, và cách chọn lựa dinh dưỡng làm sao cho con chóng lớn, phát triển, và khỏe mạnh. Nhưng ít thấy những đề tài đề cập đến giáo dục dựa trên ảnh hưởng tâm lý phát triển nơi các em. Hậu quả là tuổi thơ, tuổi trẻ được lớn lên, phát triển theo một chiều hướng tích cực về thể lý, trí óc, mà thiếu những hướng dẫn về tâm lý, đặc biệt, tâm lý giáo dục.
