hạng. Tòa nhà gồm 29 tầng với cửa kính có thể mở ra và đóng lại tương
ứng với ánh nắng mặt trời. Thiết kế mặt tiền cũng phù hợp với văn hóa
địa phương, giống như chiếc rèm bằng gỗ truyền thống trong kiến trúc Hồi
