caùc saùch Tin Möøng, chuùng ta nhaän thaáy, keå töø sau söï kieän tìm
gaëp Chuùa Gieâsu trong ñeàn thaùnh Gierasalem (x. Lc 2,46), thì caùc
taùc giaû Tin Möøng chæ nhaéc ñeán thaùnh Giuse moät hoaëc hai laàn maø
thoâi. Thaùnh Maùttheâu keå raèng: “Khi Chuùa Gieâsu giaûng daïy trong
hoäi ñöôøng, ngöôøi ta söûng soát tröôùc taøi naêng cuûa Chuùa vaø noùi:
“Bôûi ñaâu oâng ta ñöôïc khoân ngoan vaø laøm ñöôïc nhieàu pheùp laï nhö
theá? OÂng ta khoâng phaûi laø con baùc thôï moäc sao?”(Mt 13,55). Coøn
thaùnh Luca thì cho bieát raèng tröôùc maët moïi ngöôøi, Chuùa Gieâsu
laø con oâng Giuse: “Ñöùc Gieâsu khôûi söï rao giaûng khi Ngöôøi traïc
30 tuoåi, thieân haï coi ngöôøi laø con oâng Giuse”(Lc 3. 55). Thaùnh
Gioan cuõng vaøi laàn ñeà caäp ñeán ñeán thaùnh Giuse.</span></p>

chöùng töø Kinh Thaùnh ít oûi, chuùng ta bieát veà ñöôïc raèng, thaùnh
Giuse laø Cha nuoâi cuûa Chuùa Gieâsu, ngöôøi laøm ngheà thôï moäc.
Ngheà cuûa Thaùnh Giuse laø moät ngheà raát bình thöôøng trong xaõ hoäi
Do thaùi luùc baáy giôø. Nhöng trong ngheà nghieäp khieâm toán cuûa baùc
thôï moäc, Giuse coù tinh thaàn lao ñoäng caàn cuø trong aâm thaàm vaø
caàu nguyeän. Tinh thaàn ñoù ñöôïc toâ ñieåm theâm xinh nhôø thaùnh
Giuse höôùng lao ñoäng tôùi muïc ñích cao caû laø coäng taùc vaøo trong
chöông trình cöùu ñoä cuûa Thieân Chuùa vaø thaêng tieán ñôøi soáng ñaïo
ñöùc cuûa mình. Chính vì theá, Thaùnh Giuse xöùng ñaùng laø maãu göông
veà ñôøi soáng lao ñoäng cho ngöôøi kitoâ höõu chuùng ta noùi rieâng vaø
cho con ngöôøi thôøi ñaïi hoâm nay noùi chung.</span></p>

ngaém hình aûnh ñeïp cuûa Chuùa Gieâsu thôøi nieân thieáu, Ngaøi soáng
beân Ñöùc Meï vaø thaùnh Giuse: “Con treû caøng ngaøy caøng khoân
ngoan…” (Lc 2,52), chuùng ta ñöôïc pheùp nghó veà moät gia ñình haïnh
phuùc, moät toå aám yeâu thöông nôi gia ñình Thaùnh Gia. Coät truï, böùc
neàn cuûa ñôøi soáng haïnh phuùc yeâu thöông trong gia ñình Thaùnh Gia
laø söï coäng taùc cuûa Thaùnh Giuse vaø Ñöùc Meï. Caùc ngaøi vôùi tình
yeâu vaø khaû naêng cuûa mình ñaõ laøm lan toûa ñôøi soáng haïnh phuùc
yeâu thöông vaø thaùnh thieän leân Treû Gieâsu “nhìn quaû bieát caây”.
Hôn nöõa, chöùng quaù trình khoân lôùn, ñaïo ñöùc vaø thaùnh thieän cuûa
Chuùa Gieâsu, chuùng ta bieát ñöôïc söï chaêm soùc vaø giaùo duïc cuûa
cha meï Ngaøi laø thaùnh Giuse vaø Meï Maria bieát laø döôøng naøo.
Rieâng thaùnh Giuse, vôùi ngheà thôï moäc, ngaøi ñaõ phaûi lao ñoäng
chaêm chæ vaø vaát vaû, ñeå ñaûm baûo ñôøi soáng vaät chaát cho gia
ñình. Nhöõng gioït moà hoâi, nhöõng ñöôøng cöa, nhöõng söï tính toaùn
cuûa thaùnh Giuse trong coâng vieäc, nhö laøm taêng theâm vò ñöôïm ñaø
vaø thi vò cho ñôøi soáng haïnh phuùc cuaû gia ñình Nazaret. Quaù trình
lao ñoäng mieät maøi ñeå xaây döïng toå aám yeâu thöông cuûa Thaùnh
Giuse, laøm toaùt leân tinh thaàn cao ñeïp cuûa ngaøi trong vieäc thöïc
hieän thaùnh yù Chuùa laø nuoâi döôõng vaø baûo veä Chuùa Gieâsu. Ñoù
cuõng laø caùch thaùnh nhaân coäng taùc ñaéc löïc vaøo trong chöông
trình cöùu ñoä cuûa thieân Chuùa.</span></p>

nöõa, chuùng ta seõ toû töôøng hôn muïc ñích cao ñeïp naøy cuûa Thaùnh
Giuse, khi chieâm ngaém nhöõng böôùc chaân thaêng traàm cuûa ngaøi trong
suoát cuoäc ñôøi beân Chuùa Gieâsu vaø Ñöùc Meï. Thaùnh Giuse ñaõ töøng
ñaët nhöõng böôùc chaân meät moûi vaø lo laéng cuûa ngaøi treân ñöôøng
Beâlem, khi chöa tìm ñöôïc choã troï cho hai meï con truù nguï trong
luùc Meï Maria saép tôùi giôø maõn nguyeät khai hoa. Coù leõ ngaøi ñaõ
khoùc vaø an uûi Meï raát nhieàu trong caûnh theâ löông cuûa ñeâm ñoâng
Belem giaù buoát naêm aáy. Nhöõng böôùc chaân gaáp gaùp, hoang mang lo
sôï cuûa thaùnh Giuse treân ñöôøng ñöa Chuùa Gieâsu vaø Ñöùc Meï troán
sang ai caäp. Ngaøi nhöõng mong cho caû hai meï con ñöôïc an toaøn vaø
queân ñi söï cöïc nhoïc cuûa chính mình. Nhöõng böôùc chaân khaéc khoaûi
kieám tìm con treân ñöôøng Girusalem. Söï lo laéng vì sôï maát con xaâm
chieám vaø laøm naëng tròu con tim ngaøi, nhöng khoâng thaáy moät lôøi
than van töø mieäng ngaøi. Nhöõng böôùc chaân aâm thaàm, lao nhoïc suoát
30 naêm ôû laøng Nazaret, ñeå xaây döïng vaø baûo veä cuoäc soáng aám
eâm cho Gia ñình Thaùnh Gia. Haønh trình cuoäc ñôøi cuûa thaùnh Giuse
laø nhöõng böôùc chaân thaêng traàm khoâng meät moûi, nhöng luoân chaát
chöùa nieàm vui, haïnh phuùc vaø hy voïng, vì ñoù laø söï coäng taùc
heát mình vaøo coâng trình cöùu ñoä cuûa thieân Chuùa. Ngöôøi ta vaãn
thöôøng coù lyù raèng “Lôøi voâ ngoân baát taän yù”, vì coù nhöõng ñieàu
maø ngoân ngöõ baát löïc, khoâng theå dieãn taû vaø truyeàn ñaït heát
taát caû tö töôûng tình caûm con ngöôøi. Ñoù laø söï höõu haïn cuûa
ngoân ngöõ. Ñoù laø luùc maø con ngöôøi phaûi duøng ñeán voâ ngoân, ñoái
dieän vôùi voâ ngoân. Luùc maø con ngöôøi laøm cuoäc troø chuyeän trong
im laëng, ñoái thoaïi trong im laëng. Ñieàu naøy raát hay ñeå noùi veà
söï aâm thaàm cuûa thaùnh Giuse trong caùc Tin Möøng.</span></p>

giaû Tin Möøng khoâng ghi laïi lôøi noùi naøo cuûa Thaùnh Giuse. Ñaây
coù leõ laø moät söï löïa choïn ñuùng cuûa caùc ngaøi, vôùi muïc tieâu
laøm moåi baät söï thing laëng vaø chuyeân caàn lao ñoäng cuûa thaùnh
Giuse laø moät veõ ñeïp thaùnh thieän. Ñaây laø maãu göông saùng ñeïp
cuûa thaùnh Giuse veà ñôøi soáng lao ñoäng vaø thing laëng cho nhieàu
ngöôøi. Lao ñoäng trong thing laëng giuùp con ngöôøi hoaøn thieän chính
mình. Ngöôøi ta thöôøng xem ñaây laø moät hình thöùc tu thaân. Thaùnh
Giuse ñi theo con ñöôøng naøy, haèng ngaøy thaùnh nhaân vun töôùi, chaêm
soùc nhöõng haït gioáng tình yeâu thieân Chuùa ñaõ gieo trong loøng
ngaøi. Ngaøi ñaõ khoâng ngöøng luyeän taäp ñeå bieát töï do choïn löïa
nhöõng ñieàu toát laønh vaø xa xa laùnh nhöõng ñieàu xaáu. Trong coâng
vieäc thô moäc, thaùnh Giuse phaûi tieáp xuùc vôùi nhieàu ngöôøi, laøm
nhöõng vieäc khaùc nhau taïi xöôûng cuõng nhö taïi nhaø ngöôøi ta. Vì
theá ngaøi khoâng ngöøng luyeän taäp ñeå soáng toát, choïn nhöõng ñieàu
coù ích cho ngöôøi khaùc vaø nhaát laø laøm göông cho Chuùa Gieâsu. Hình
aûnh cuûa moät Chuùa Gieâsu yeâu thöông ñaùm daân ñoùi khaùt vaø hoaù
baùnh nuoâi hoï, luoân beânh ñôõ vaø baûo veä ngöôøi yeáu theá trong xaõ
hoäi, luoân daïy ngöôøi ta aên ngay ôû laønh…laø nhöõng bieåu hieän roõ
nhaát söï aûnh höôûng cuûa thaùnh Giuse ñoái vôùi Ngaøi. Thaùnh Giuse
ñaõ soáng moät cuoäc ñôøi thaàm laëng cuûa moät gia tröôûng, nuoâi soáng
gia ñình baèng nheà lao ñoäng chaân tay, Ngaøi ñaõ neân thaùnh trong
hoaøn caûnh ñoù baéng caùch tu taâm döôõng tính vaø reøn nhaân caùch
moãi ngaøy. Nhôø ñoù, ngaøi luoân saün saøng thöïc hieän thaùnh yù
Thieân Chuùa, luoân saün saøng hoaøn thaønh nghóa vuï ngöôøi choàng,
ngöôøi cha trong gia ñình Nazaret, vôùi söï löïa choïn caên baûn laø
hieán thaân phuïc vuï Thieân Chuùa vaø moïi ngöôøi. Göông saùng naøy
cuûa thaùnh Giuse vaãn ñuùng cho moïi ngöôøi vaø moïi thôøi, neáu con
ngöôøi khao khaùt tìm kieám thöïc hieän thaùnh yù Thieân Chuùa trong lao
ñoäng.</span></p>

ñôøi cuûa con ngöôøi vaãn seõ maõi gaén lieàn vôùi lao ñoäng, nhöng
ngaøy nay con ngöôøi coù xu höôùng lao ñoäng vôùi muïc tieâu kieám
tieàn, kieám lôïi nhuaän ñeå thoaû maõn caùc nhu caàu höôûng thuï caù
nhaân ích kyû. Haäu quaû cuûa noù laø haøng trieäu traùi tim ñang moûi

Kitoâ höõu, thieát nghó moãi ngöôøi haõy chieâm ngaém göông lao ñoäng
cuûa thaùnh caû Giuse, nhaèm höôùng daãn ñôøi soáng lao ñoäng chaân tay
vaø trí thöùc cuûa mình vaøo ñuùng quyõ ñaïo cuûa noù laø coäng taùc
vaøo chöông trình cöùu ñoä cuûa Thieân Chuùa, phuïc vuï söï thaêng tieán
beàn vöõng cuûa xaõ hoäi vaø con ngöôøi. Hy voïng raèng döôùi söï daãn
daét cuûa thaùnh Giuse, chuùng ta seõ theå nghieäm ñôøi soáng lao ñoäng
cuûa mình phuø hôïp thaùnh yù Chuùa, ngoõ haàu moãi ngöôøi chuùng ta
trôû thaønh nhöõng ngöôøi khoân ngoan vaø ñaày aân suûng cuûa Chuùa
trong haønh trình ñi tìm kieám haïnh phuùc vónh cöûu cho mình vaø cho
anh em mình.</span></p>
